The Eurail Portugal Pass is available for 3, 4 or 6 days of travel within 1 month, and is available in 1st class only. There are no youth or senior reductions available and children aged 4 through 11 years receive a 50% discount on the full fare.
The Intercity Service links all the main cities of the Country (about 60) to Lisbon and Porto. The timetable is planned in such a way that trains arrive at one of the cities relatively early and return to the city of departure at the end of the day, allowing for the longest possible one-day stay. Portugal’s high quality, high speed, tilting Alfa Pendular trains combine safety with ease and comfort at all levels and offer daily connections between Lisboa-Porto-Braga and Porto-Lisboa-Faro.
The Eurail Portugal Pass also offers numerous bonuses, including discounts on the famous Caminhos de Ferros and a free Eurail Traveler's Guide, railway map of Europe, and a Eurail Timetable.
